ESTHER ALCOCER KOPLOWITZ

Graduate of Law and has completed the Senior Management Business Programme (PADE) at IESE Business School in Madrid.

Since January 2013, she has been Chairwoman of the FCC Group, member of its Executive Committee and its Appointments and Remuneration Committee.

She is also Director of Cementos Portland Valderrivas, Realia and CaixaBank-Private Banking.

SAMEDE INVERIONES 2010, S.L. has held the position of director of the Company since 13 April 2015, having been its individual representative Esther Koplowitz Romero de Juseu.

Shareholder of FCC, S.A. through the company Dominum Dirección y Gestión, S.A., Mrs Esther Koplowitz Romero de Juseu is a member of the Board of Directors of FCC, S.A., and First Vice-President of the Company.

She holds a degree in Philisophy and Arts from the University of Madrid; she has developed her business experience in the international field as a Director of Veolia and Vivendi.

She is Founder and President of the Esther Koplowitz Foundation, from which she devotes special interest to the development of important projects for the most needy.

For her great social and entreprenuerial work, she has been awarded, among many other accolades, the Grand Cross of Civil Merit, the Gold Medal of the Region of Madrid, the Gold Medal and the title of Academic of Honour of the Royal Academy of History, the distinction of Honoray Citizen by the Valencia City Council, the City of Barcelona Coat of Arms, the Business Leader of the Year award, granted by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the USA, the Blanquerna Prize of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Madrid Grand Cross of Healthcare, the Gold and Diamond Insignia of the Police Orphans Foundation, Légion d'Honneur of the French Republic and The Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Environmental Merit, awarded on 25 April 2013 by the Spanish Council of Ministers.

Degree in Architecture from the Madrid School of Architecture. For most of his professional career — more than 23 years — he has worked at FCC.

Within the group he has headed the international expansion of the Industrial division. His previous positions include serving as managing director of FCC Construcción and also of FCC Industrial.

He is now the CEO of the FCC Group and a member of its Executive Committee, as well as remaining as managing director of FCC Construcción. He is also member of the Board of Directors of the Mexican company Carso Infraestructuras y Construcción (CICSA).

Graduate in Law from the Francisco de Vitoria University of Madrid, Mrs Carmen Alcocer Koplowits, ia a director of FCC, S.A.

She is present on the Board of Directors of Cementos Portland Valderrivas, S.A., representing Meliloto, S.L. She is a board member of the Esther Koplowitz Foundation.

ALICIA ALCOCER KOPLOWITZ

She graduated in Law, started his professional career in Banco Zaragozano, where for four years she worked in the Finance Department, in the treasury table of the organization, and was counselor.

She is a counselor of FCC and member of its Executive Committee.

She is president and counselor of Cementos Portland Valderrivas, SA and member of Executive Committee and its Appointments and Remuneration Committee.

She is a member of the Innovation Committee, under the Ministry of State for Science, Technology, and Innovation.

She is also a member of the board of the Esther Koplowitz Foundation and the Foundation Valderrivas.

Since 1999 until June 2021   she has been the representative of EAC Inversiones Corporativas, S.L. on the Board of Directors of FCC.

MANUEL GIL MADRIGAL

A Law and Business Administration graduate (E-3) from ICADE, Mr. Gil Madrigal is a founding member of the company Tasmania Gestión. In the year 2000, he was also founding member of the financial company N+1 and has been a board director of Ezentis, Funespaña, General de Alquiler de Maquinaria (GAM) and Campofrío, amongst other companies. Throughout his professional career, he has also held the position of director of Capital Markets at AB Asesores Bursátiles, partner at Morgan Stanley and auditor at Arthur Andersen.

Antonio Gómez Garcia

Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Ibero-American University. He has held the position of Managing Director of Grupo Porcelanite, S.A. de C.V., US Commercial Corp., S.A.B de C.V., and he currently performs the role of Managing Director at Carso Infraestructura y Construcción, S.A. de C.V., Managing Director of Grupo Condumex, S.A. de C.V., and Managing Director of Grupo Carso, S.A.B. de C.V.; Board Member at Grupo Frisco SAB de CV and Board Member at Grupo Elementia SAB de CV.

CARLOS SLIM HELÚ

Carlos Slim Helú is Civil Engineer at National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).Founder of the Group Carso, S.A.B. of C.V., as well as Teléfonos de México (Telmex), América Móvil and Financial Group Inbursa; founder of Inversora bursátil.

Has been Deputy President of Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (Mexican Stock Exchange) and president of the Mexican Association of Stock Houses.

Has been the first President of the Latin-American Committee of the Value Stocks of New York Management Board.

Currently, he is Chairman of the Carso Infrastructures and Building Management Board (CICSA), Minera Frisco and President of the Carlos Slim Education Foundation, A.C. and the Foundation Telmex, A.C. Additionally, he is member of the Inmuebles Carso Management Board, Ideal and trustee of the “La Caixa” Banking Foundation.
 

GERARDO KURI KAUFMANN

Industrial Engineer at Anáhuac University (Mexico). From 2008 to 2010 Gerardo Kuri Kaufmann held the role of Purchasing Director of Carso Infraestructuras and Construcción, S.A.B. of C.V. Since the constitution of Inmuebles Carso, S.A.B of CV he has assumed the post of General Manager.

He is member of the Management Board of Minera Frisco S.A.B of C.V., Elementia, S.A., Philip Morris México, S.A. of C.V. and Inmuebles Carso, S.A.B of C.V. He is Chief executive officer of Cementos Portland Valderrivas, S.A. and Realia Business S.A.
 

HENRI PROGLIO

A graduate from the School of Business Administration (HEC) in Paris, will become chairman of Thales as of next May. He is currently on the Board of Directors at Natixis Banque and Dassault Aviation. He was also chairman of energy 'giant' Électricité de France (2009-2014) and Veolia Environnement (2003-2009), as well as board director of FCC, Grupo Lagardère and Vinci, amongst other companies.

JUAN RODRÍGUEZ TORRES

Civil Engineer at National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has complete studies on planning and operational research of UNAM. He also has carried out studies on Management of enterprises at IPADE and has a degree on prestressed concrete in Paris. He has founded the Asociación Mexicana Empresarial de Generación. He has been Production manager and Controller of Preesforzados Mexicanos, S.A. of ICA and General Manager of Domit Group, of shoe sector.

Currently he is Manager of Minera Frisco, S.A.B. de S.A. of C.V. Board Member of Cementos Portland Valderrivas, S.A.; Non-executive Chairman of Telesites and Board Member of Carso Infraestructura y Construcción SAB of CV (CICSA); Board Member of IDEAL Impulsora del Desarrollo y el Empleo en America Latina; Chairman of Red Nacional Ultima Milla; Board Member of Grupo Samborns.

He is non-executive charmain of Realia.

Alfonso Salem Slim

Civil Engineer graduate from Anahuac University, 1980-84. Throughout his professional career, Salem Slim has performed the role of Assistant Director of Expansion at Sanborns Hermanos; Director of Shopping Centres at Grupo CARSO; Director of Real-Estate at INBURSA; Managing Director of Hoteles Calinda, Managing Director of Grupo PC Constructores; Managing Director of IDEAL, and he is currently Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDEAL and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Inmuebles CARSO. Additionally, he is a member of the Boards of Directors of Grupo CARSO; IDEAL; CICSA; Inmuebles Carso; Gigante Grupo Inmobiliario; ELEMENTIA and Gas Natural Fenosa.

ÁLVARO VÁZQUEZ DE LA PUERTA

A Law and Business Administration graduate (E-3) from ICADE, Mr. Vázquez de Lapuerta is currently a partner at the firms Akiba Partners and Meridia Capital Partners. He was Chief Executive Officer for Spain and Portugal at Dresdner Kleinwort and Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at securities firm BBVA Bolsa. He previously held other positions of responsibility at JP Morgan in Mexico, New York, London and Madrid. . He is manager of Cementos Portland Valderrivas, S.A
